About the Job
We’re hiring a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a steady, year-round position with a mix of shop fabrication, warehouse support, and local deliveries—ideal for someone who likes staying busy and wearing multiple hats.

What You’ll Do:
- Fabricate ductwork, plenums, and transitions (layout, cut, bend, assemble)
- Operate shop equipment (brake, shear, Pittsburgh, etc.)
- Load, stage, and organize materials for field crews
- Make local jobsite deliveries (no overnight travel)
- Help maintain a clean, efficient, and professional shop
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience (preferred).
- Comfortable reading basic shop drawings / layouts.
- Valid driver’s license (Chauffeur’s preferred).
- Experience driving a box truck or pulling a trailer is a plus.
- Team player with strong work ethic and reliability.
- Able to lift 50lbs and stay active throughout the day.
